Error in creating IN,QT,OR

WHEN CREATING INQ., QUOTATION OR SALES ORDER, SHOWING FOLLOWING
ERRORS.

1) "ORDER TYPE "IN" IS NOT BEEN DEFINED IN THE SALES AREA <SONY,SO,SO>

2) "ORDER TYPE "QT" IS NOT BEEN DEFINED IN THE SALES AREA <SONY,SO,SO>

3) "ORDER TYPE "OR" IS NOT BEEN DEFINED IN THE SALES AREA <SONY,SO,SO>

SONY = COMPANY CODE
SO = DISTRIBUTION CH.
SO = DIVISION


SOLUTION

SPRO- SALES-SALES DOC HEADER-ASSIGN SALES AREA TO SALES DOC TYPES.

Once you have maintain the above and try to create the below
documents.
