Ann Arbor Video Interest Group (A2VIG)
“For anyone interested in video in any way”
Guest Speakers: Skyline Media Group
Our guest speakers for this months meeting are Tessa Wilson and Emma Davis-Rodak from the Skyline Media Group (http://bit.ly/2Vbf7rQ), a full-service creative agency run by students of the Communication, Media and Public Policy magnet at Skyline High School in Ann Arbor. They will talk about what they do and how they work with local non-profits to create PSA’s and longer form videos.
Also, they will be accepting equipment donations that the program can use for their work. Please do not bring junk…only useable stuff. If you’re in doubt, contact me (sc...@videoandinternetstuff.com) and I’ll tell you if it’ll be accepted.
If you are donating, you’ll have to fill out the form found on this page: https://www.a2schools.org/Page/6270. (The AAPS Board of Education must approve all donations.) You can claim the donation on your 2019 taxes.
We’re back at the Carlyle Grill for the next three months, so please bring your appetite and thirst so that we can meet our room minimums. If you want to bring a video for show and tell, please let me know via email, or bring it on a thumb drive to the meeting. (3-4 minutes max, .mp4 files preferred.)
RSVP here so we know how to arrange the seating.
Here's the RSVP list of those who have already responded.
Hope to see you there!
I should also note that our Google Plus is no more. If you haven't joined our Facebook group yet, the link is here: https://www.facebook.com/groups/a2vig/
