High School Championship 2015

Hello Junta!

I hope I'll see at least a few of you tomorrow night -- but I wanted to get word out to folks just in case. I'm asking A2 Ultimate to help me run a high school championship again this year (as you have in 2014 and 2013). Here is what I need:

Will League sponsor the one-day tournament (tentatively Saturday, May 23) and help secure fields at Lillie (I called; they're still available that day)? The cost is about $800 and need to ask that League front the money for that rental.

Teams will pay a $100 bid each directly to A2 Ultimate (via check or Pay Pal). We will have between 9 - 12 teams, I think, this year. The tournament page is www.mihucks.blogspot.com

In the past, league has donated a few orange jerseys for my volunteer observers, which has been really nice, and provided game discs and spirit prize discs for the tournament.

Ideally, if we're going to run a youth league night during summer league, it makes sense to have that registration open on the same day as the tournament.

Sounds like a great idea to me!

I don't have the jerseys anymore, so I'm not sure what we have at this point, but it's probably far enough out to order more, and a good time to think about doing that anyway. What sizes?

I have the jerseys and have enough orange so that we shouldn't need to order more. Let me know what you need.
