Hey everyone!
Changes are inevitable and, in the air. After coordinating fields and insurance for Ann Arbor Ultimate since 2009, it is time for those responsibilities to pass to a new person. I am stepping down to open up some time to volunteer for a different organization, Wild Ones. Ask me about it some time if you are interested.
Being the middle of winter and definitely before the coming year's push for making most of the 2015 reservations, this is a great time to make the transition.
Scott Hetu has been following my communications for awhile now and has expressed interest in stepping up. He and I should be meeting in the next week or so to hand over responsibilities. I plan to be available for Scott for awhile, as he settles into the new role.
All Ann Arbor Ultimate fields related emails are cc'ed to fie...@annarborultimate.org. Right now, just Scott and I are on that email list...with soon Scott being solely responsible for responding. If anyone else is interested in monitoring communications and complaints, I think you can email Ryan Donnelly to join it. Probably do not need many, but Scott will at least soon need a backup.

Being your field coordinator the past while has been an amazing opportunity for me and I have learned much from it about forming and maintaining relationships, to developing/carrying out field contracts, to obtaining insurance, and handling all the miscellaneous fields issues that come up. Thanks all.

Scott has no idea what he just signed up for.
Congratulations on exciting new opportunities, Pat! Even though I'm gone, I have still appreciated your great efforts from afar. You will be sorely missed, especially by the geese that poop all over our spring league fields.
