7:45-8:00: 2015 Winter League: review details, mostly set

8:00-8:15: 2015 Spring League: go over details and propose minor changes

8:15-8:45: 2015 Summer League: go over 2014 survey results; hear proposals for major changes - including youth and also gender balance ideas.

8:45-8:55: Volunteer recruitment-focused BIG Junta meeting in January: discuss publicity strategies/tactics

8:55-9:00: Upcoming director vacancy (me)

We'll have a loaded Junta meeting on Thursday, November 13, 7:00pm (food/drinks at 6:45).

Current agenda items up include (in no particular order):
- Pizza and beverages

- New Ann Arbor Ultimate Policies and Guidelines documents: review drafts and discuss proposed changes to go back to drafting group/committees for revision.  Drafts will be distributed to Junta list by Tuesday, Nov. 11.*

- League launch checklist/time-table

- 2015 Winter League: review details, mostly set

If anybody has an agenda item to propose, please let me know by Sunday night - the docket is pretty full, but we'll see how much else we can work in.  I'll be sending out the agenda with discussion/vote times, as well as the confirmed location, on Monday.
