Under 18 Concussion form

I have someone under 18 on my spring team, and have to get them to fill out the special concussion waiver. It was a little tricky to figure out how to find his email, so I figured I'd email out how to do it in case anyone else needs to.

Go to http://lists.annarborultimate.org/listinfo and find your team list. mine is http://lists.annarborultimate.org/listinfo/fri930spring

in the Fri930spring Subscribers section, log in. the password is in the welcome email you got (the subject is <Welcome to the "Fri930spring" mailing list>.

There you can see the email addresses of your whole team, and hopefully you can figure out which one is which.

This totally works, but I’d love to get to the point where we send out rosters (with age and email among other things) to team captains before the season starts (maybe as early as summer league). If there’s anything else you feel would be useful as captains, let us know.
