Concierge-Level Service
One of our continuous goals at Van Wyk Risk Solutions is to provide a high level of service and professionalism to each of our valued clients. Accordingly, we have reviewed our files to make sure we have our clients lined up with a service team that will bring the best level of service to meet their specific needs. Today we are introducing our Select Service Unit, and we are pleased to offer this concierge level of service to your business.
Along with that, we are happy to announce that effective immediately your new Client Manager will be Trish Rosenstangel. Trish brings a wealth of experience to this position and has a passion for quality customer service. Trish is a graduate of Central Michigan University and in addition to holding her Property and Casualty Insurance license, she has also received the highly acclaimed designation of CISR, Certified Insurance Service Representative. In this position, Trish will handle daily transactions such as policy changes, claims management, renewal processing, and policy reviews, along with a number of other services.
