LAURA, MONDAY RELEASING:

I am inviting you to a 4 class series on Releasing at Andy Arts.

4 Mondays starting Oct 13. I hope you can join me.

Class series $45 (Recommended) or $15 for a single class.

In this class I hope to offer an experience of how movement might live rather than become positioned and fixed.  I will focus on physical practice of releasing unnecessary tensions and connecting to gravity, breath, power, channeling and awareness and, of course, the magic of dancing together 🕺🕺🕺

The class is open to both people with experience working with the body, dance and movement, as well as people without such experience. I will offer options. 

Please dress comfortably in layers, to move and lay down on the ground. We will practice barefoot or in socks.

UPDATE: The furnace isn't working in the movement room so it may be a little cool. Bring some extra layers--and ler us know if you can bring a space heater from home. Warm air coming in from the hallway, fortunately!
