In a few weeks I'll be co-facilitating a workshop with Jacqueline McCormick, a lovely dancer who's been visiting periodically over the last few years for the Feldenkrais training in Dexter (she co-led Create Move Play with Cara and Stefanie last year). We'll be working experientially, drawing on our combined experience in CI/Feldenkrais/Rolf Movement to help you find your feet, and explore your perceptual awareness in walking.
