I've started some samples that people might find interesting. There's
only one right now, "printcert" which is a somewhat inappropriately
named example that will print the email addresses out of an X.509
certificate. This will find email addresses in the subject DN as well
as any rfc822Name entries in the subjectAltName certificate extension.

I'd say that it took me about eight hours total to crank this out,
most of which is the one-time cost of learning how A2C rolls as far as
an API goes.

These examples are currently in a git repository at:

http://repo.or.cz/w/bcr-a2csamples.git

You can get the code as a tarball by clicking on "snapshot" next to a
change. My general philosophy is that any code that's committed to the
master branch is production code, so it should work.
