Sr. Java developer

Location –  Seattle/ Redmond, WA

Duration : Long term

Senior Java Developers for an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Develops technology systems, addressing functional, security, performance, quality, monitoring needs and operation.

·         Meet and resolve business needs by translating functional specifications into technical specifications 

·         Works with analysts to define the technical and functional needs of the organization and recommend solutions 

·         Design application extensions for unpackaged software to maximize supportability

Required Skills:

·         6+ years of Java programming language experience to solve large programming tasks

·         6+ years of experience with software pattern designs and Object Oriented design

·         3 years of experience with ORM/DAL such as Hibernate or myBatis 

·         3 years of experience using JUnit, Spring, and Spring MVC

·         2 years of experience with ReST Web Services using a framework build on JAX-RS

·         At least 1 year of experience using Maven

·         Modern Development experience (Agile Sprints, Code Reviews)

·         Bachelor degree in CS or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Nice to Have:

·         1+ years of experience with the following: noSQL, Oracle DB, Web 2.0 frameworks, AWS, git, JIRA
