SQL Server DBA

Location –  Portland  or Atlanta

Duration : Long Term

 

 

Job description:

 

·         Work closely with the IT department to provide computing requirements to support SQL Server installations.

·         Identify existing and new risks in order to achieve DTI’s stated disaster recovery objectives.

·         Monitor installed infrastructure for performance issues.

·         Work with Relativity application group to install, troubleshoot, maintain and improve Relativity applications.

·         Proactively troubleshoot performance and quality issues.

·         Provide constant monitoring to proactively deal with internal and external client created querying issues.

·         Ensure completeness of deliverable, diagnosing and troubleshooting problems related to Relativity review software.

·         Plan and assist with Relativity upgrade planning.

·         Prior Experience with Relativity would be amazing!!!!

·          However DBA experience with SQL Server 2005 is a must

·         SQL Server Administration

o   Currently supporting 2008 R2, 2012 clustered installations

o   Create optimization and backup plans to meet businesses stated goals
