House keeping invoice from Rama Group

Dear All,

Rama Group has sent an invoice for house keeping, I believe all the members of the society might have received this mail today. Please see attached.

We can take this up as a point to discuss during our next meeting on Saturday, after  to chart out the future course of action on this. The main concern is non-payment of the charges may trigger no housekeeping and maintenance of A-Wing.

Thank u for sharing the information. Agreeably we must initiate plan for reimbursement to ensure continuity of services . Also I suggest that we must take an assessment of charges for all essential services and shared arrangements to understand the gross cumulative monthly outgoings and reimbursements per respective flat towards same . And a plan to validate the services and it's qualitative analysis . Regards
