Meeting to elect office bearers

Dear Committee Members - A- Wing Swiss County Society,

This is for inviting you for a meeting on Saturday 28/06/2014 @ 12:00 PM.

The agenda of the meeting is:

1. To elect the interim body of office bearers namely,

    a. Chairman of A-Wing Swiss County Society

    b. General Secretary of A-Wing Swiss County Society

    c. Treasurer of A-Wing Swiss County Society

2. To authorise the office bearers for opening an account in PDCC Bank, Thergaon, Pune or any other co-operative bank near by.

3. To authorising the new office bearers to take the formal handover from the Builder "Rama Group" and conduct the official business of the society.

The tenure of the interim body would be for 1 year after which the interim body will handover the society to elected full term office bearers.

The invitation of this meeting is extended to all the owners of the flat in the society. The owners who have bought the flat in the society in a resale agreement and did not attend todays meeting can be the member of the society by filling up attached form and bring a self attested copy of Index-2. Index-2 is normally the first page of the Sales agreement registered with the property registrar on which the names of the owners and seller is mentioned. Those who cannot attend this meeting as well can do so in future.
