A-Wing Society Formation & Interim Committee formation

Dear All,

I am pleased to announce the formation of A-Wing Swiss County Society and an interim committee. We have also added a few members who have bought the flats in a resale agreement in the society.

The list of committee members is given below. The Tenure of this committee would be for 1 year. The first responsibility of the committee members is to elect the Interim Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer.

I formally invite the esteemed members of interim committee for the meeting to select Interim Chairman, General Secretary and Treasurer, who could take the handover of the society from the builder and start overseeing the maintenance and development of our society. The meeting is to be held on Saturday 28/06/2014 12:00 PM at 8th Floor Refuge Area.

I would like to invite all the members of the society also to come for this meeting.
