2nd Annual General Meeting - 2015

Dear All,

In accordance to the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act-1960 the committee of Swiss County A Co-operative Housing Society Ltd has decided to hold 2nd Annual General Meeting on Sunday 13th September, 2015. The venue, timings and agenda of the meetings are mentioned below. After the meeting we would be arranging a get together.

Venue: A-802, Swiss County, Thergaon, Pune.
Time : 16:00 pm
Agenda:
1. Address by chairman in which she would inform the society about the work done in last 1 year.
2. Discussion and voting on Election of the new committee as per the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act-1960.
3. Initiation of the receipt of nominations for the new committee members.
4. Suggestions & Complaints from the residents and owners of the society.
5. Any other important issues put forth by the society
6. A Get Together for all the residents (Tenants & Owner) & Owner Members
