Dear all,

Because of recent activities in Swiss County for the formation of Apex Society, we have decided to call for Special AGM on 12th October, 2014 at 4:30 pm. Agenda for the meeting are as below:

1. Authorisation/approval for the formation of apex general body.

2. Authorisation/approval for selection/election of A Building Representative in the Apex Body.

3. Authorisation for carrying out security related modifications in A-Wing like installation of CCTV , Gates with smart code entry from basement or podium

4. Issuance and acceptance of forms for nominations, membership in the society.

5. Updates about recent meeting with the builder and Other miscellaneous work.

Committee member have decided to organise a get together on the same day after the meeting. So far we have been communicating through emails or phones with many of the owners, this would be a great opportunity for us to know our neighbours in the society. The invitation is extended to the immediate family members of the owners. The venue is being arranged currently. I would like to know how many would be coming for the meeting and dinner.

Along with your confirmation I would request you to please fill in the attached form, which would help us for proper arrangements.
