Share certificate generation

Dear all,

We are in the process of getting the Share Certificates for all the flats generated. Request you to please send the Scanned copy of the Index 2 and Scanned copy of the attached nomination form to me, Dr Mrudula Kulkarni at the earliest.

The hard copy then can be sent to Swiss County A Coop Hsg Society Ltd, A-Wing, Swiss County, SNo 37, Thergaon, Pune -411033.

Dear Rakesh , Greetings 

I had a small query prior to sending the nomination form , if you could please clarify .  The Flat agreement is the Joint Names of me and my Wife ( Mrs. Sulbha P Bharucha ) . In this case do i still have to nominate my WIFE as a nominee for 100% Share Or the same is not required and i can nominate my children only .  Please revert suitably to enable me to complete this process and have access to my Share Certificates being issued by the society 

Also U have referred to an "Index 2" , is this the part of the Agreement Registration document issued by Revenue Department ?

Dear Pheroze,

 

I don’t think there should be any restriction on declaring nominees. You can still nominate your wife or your kids on your part of shares, she can also do the same.

 

Index 2 is part of your agreement issued by the revenue department.
