بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم

The Prophet (pbuh) said, "Beautify the Qur'an with your voices" [Abu Dawud]

One of the etiquetes of reciting the Qur'an is to do so with a good voice. Remember though that the real beauty of the Qur'an is the beauty that comes with the fear of Allah in the heart, as the Prophet (pbuh) said, "His recitation and voice are the most beautiful so that when you hear him, you think he fears Allah" [Darimi]
