A new group "Supercompilation and Related Techniques"

Dear colleagues,

The name of the group "A Small Positive Supercompiler in Scala" is too
specific. But there seems to be no way of renaming a group. Hence,
I've just created a new, more general group "Supercompilation and
Related Techniques". I hope, you are not against joining the new group
