SPSC Lite - a minimalistic version of SPSC in Python 2.6

SPSC Lite is a minimalistic version of SPSC, which may be useful for
educational purposes and as a starting point for experimenting with
supercompilation.

Until now, there have been 2 versions of SPSC Light:

* written in Scala

Now there has appeared a version written in Python 2.6:
