Acumatica Techno-Functional Expert

Hours: 30–40 hours/week (Nov–Feb), then 20 hours/week

Duration: 3–4 months (potential for extension or contract-to-hire role)

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Acumatica Techno-Functional Expert to support critical ERP initiatives and integrations. This role will focus on configuring, optimizing, and troubleshooting Acumatica, while also assisting with related systems such as ServiceTitan. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple projects in a dynamic environment. Any industry experience within housing/foundational/basement repair would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

·         Configure, customize, and maintain Acumatica ERP (Fi, Distribution, Sales Orders, Inv Mgmt) support business needs.

·         Assist with ServiceTitan integration and related accounting workflows.

·         Collaborate with internal teams to implement system changes and enhancements.

·         Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support for Acumatica users.

·         Document processes and provide knowledge transfer to internal staff.

Required Qualifications

·         Proven experience with Acumatica ERP (configuration, customization, reporting).

·         Strong understanding of ERP workflows and accounting principles.

·         Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

·         Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

·         Knowledge of AP Automation

Preferred Qualifications

·         Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service management tools.

·         Familiarity with API integrations and data migration.

·         Background in accounting or finance systems.
