Senior Java Developer

Location: Madison Ave, NY or San Francisco, CA (3 days Mandate to be in office)

Skills Required: Spring boot + AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch

 

Mandatory Skills:

• Minimum 8-12 years of hands-on experience in Java (version 8 or above)
• Expertise in Spring Boot framework
• Strong proficiency in AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, and CloudWatch
• Solid understanding of RESTful web services
• Experience with version control systems such as Git/GitLab
• Build tools: Maven and/or Gradle

 

Preferred/Optional Skills:

• Working knowledge of Oracle Database
• Experience with containerization using Docker
• Familiarity with messaging systems like Kafka
• Exposure to Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform
• Understanding of CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance
• Experience working in Agile development environments
• Knowledge of SOAP and Rest-based web services
• Proficiency with API testing tools such as Postman and SOAP UI
