to A Raisin in the Sun
To blame one's problems on outside sources is both destructive and
causes more problems in the future. Most problem's in life are caused
by personal action and can been fixed by a personal effort, so it is
stupid to blame others. This is no different for Walter in "A Raisin
in the Sun", he feels like he has been robbed of his dream. Even if
the problem was caused by a family member or society, which i do not
doubt, Walter could have found away around the issue if he really was
determined to reach a goal. so even if society beat him down at any
point or a family member did something detrimental to his dream it was
still his job to continue on and persevere until his dream was
realized. so if Walter wants to blame anyone It's himself, and by him
not realizing this and continuing to feel bad for himself is further
lessening his chances of success.
