Title: Some admins may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center
User impact: Admins may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.
More info: Affected admins may encounter a "Runtime Error" preventing access.
Current status: We've identified a portion of regional service infrastructure that's responsible for access which isn't performing at the expected thresholds. In an effort to alleviate impact, we're rerouting traffic to alternate healthy infrastructure.
Scope of impact: Any admin served through the affected section of service infrastructure in the Eastern US region attempting to access the Microsoft 365 admin center may be unable to do so.
