User impact: Users may be unable to join Microsoft Teams live events using the iOS mobile app.
More info: Affected users are seeing the following message:
"The video player stopped working".
While we're working to remediate impact, affected users can join Teams Live Events using the Microsoft Teams Android, desktop, or web clients.
Current status: Our monitoring has identified an increase in user join errors with the Microsoft Teams iOS client. We're analyzing service telemetry to better understand the impact scenario and determine our next steps.
Scope of impact: Any user joining a Microsoft Teams live event from the Microsoft Teams iOS mobile app may be affected. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.
