Title: Users in Colombia may be unable to access or use Microsoft 365 services
User impact: Users in Colombia may have been unable to access or use Microsoft 365 services.
More info: Impacted services may have include Exchange Online and Microsoft Teams.
Final status: Our investigation determined an issue with an Internet Service Provider was causing the impact. Our automated recovery system routed traffic to healthy infrastructure to repair this problem, and we confirmed that service was restored after monitoring the environment.
Scope of impact: Users in Colombia may have been unable to access or use Microsoft 365 services.
