Title: A small subset of admins in North America and Brazil may be unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center
User impact: A subset of admins in North America and Brazil may have been unable to access the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Final status: The impacting deployment was successfully reverted on all affected machines, and we've confirmed through our telemetry that admins can once again access the Microsoft 365 admin center as expected.
Scope of impact: A small subset of admins in North America and Brazil who were attempting to access the Microsoft 365 admin center during the impact timeframe may have been impacted.

End time: Monday, April 6, 2026, at 9:55 PM UTC
Preliminary root cause: A recent deployment introduced a code issue which caused errors in the code path that facilitates calls to the Microsoft 365 admin center, preventing some admins from accessing the Microsoft 365 admin center as expected.
Next steps:
-We're examining the code path responsible for impact in our recent deployment so we can ensure it's corrected and redeployed without issue.
We'll provide a preliminary Post-Incident Report within two business days and a final Post-Incident Report within five business days.
