Title: Central US admins may be unable to access or experience delays accessing the Microsoft 365 admin center
User impact: Admins may be unable to access or experience delays accessing the Microsoft 365 admin center
Current status: We’ve successfully restarted a portion of the affected infrastructure and are seeing improvements to service health as those systems recover. We’re continuing mitigation efforts to restore all remaining impacted infrastructure and are closely monitoring the environment to ensure service stability.
Scope of impact: Impact is primarily focused in the Central US region, any admin located in that region may be unable to access the admin center. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.
Preliminary root cause: A subset of infrastructure in the Central US datacenter entered an unexpected degraded state, resulting in disruptions to request handling.
