Title: Users may experience issues with various Microsoft 365 services
User impact: Users may have experienced intermittent delays or navigation errors when accessing Microsoft 365 services.
More info: Our telemetry indicates that the impact was primarily to users hosted in North America. During the event, users may have experienced the following:
SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business: Users may have encountered 500/503 errors when accessing SharePoint sites and OneDrive for Business content.
Microsoft Teams: Users leveraging both the web and desktop experiences may have encountered failures sending messages, creating chats and channels, or receiving notifications for messages and calls.
Microsoft Fabric and Power BI: Users may have experienced intermittent failures or delays when performing any actions related to Microsoft Fabric or Power BI.
Windows 365: Users may have been unable to connect to their Windows 365 Cloud PCs.
Microsoft Intune: Users and admins may have been unable to check-in or enroll devices through Microsoft Intune. Windows Autopilot device enrollment and management actions may have also failed.
Microsoft Power Automate and Microsoft Power Apps: Users may have been unable to create a flow in Microsoft Power Automate or Power Apps while running an embedded flow in an app. Users received a 502 or 504 error message when they encountered the issue.
Final status: We’ve confirmed that all of the affected Microsoft 365 services outlined in the "More info" section of this communication have recovered. We’ll continue to closely monitor services that were affected by this event, and further communication on impact specific to Azure and Azure hosting services can be found at status.azure.com.
Scope of impact: Your organization was affected by this event, and the power event that caused impact occurred in the south-central United States. This caused intermittent impact primarily to users hosted in North America, though multi-regional organizations with users outside North America may have encountered issues as well.

Preliminary root cause: A power event affected a Microsoft-managed datacenter, which caused impact to downstream Microsoft 365 services.
