Final status: We've identified that a section of infrastructure, responsible for facilitating meeting access, inadvertently began performing below acceptable performance thresholds which resulted in impact. We've redirected affected traffic and confirmed impact has been remediated after a period of monitoring. Scope of impact: Impact was specific to some users in Brazil attempting to join Microsoft Teams meetings. Start time: Monday, December 1, 2025, at 1:05 PM UTC End time: Monday, December 1, 2025, at 1:35 PM UTC Root cause: A section of infrastructure, responsible for facilitating meeting access, inadvertently began performing below acceptable performance thresholds which resulted in impact.
