User impact: Users may have been unable to activate new or refresh existing Office 365 licenses.
More info: For the users who were unable to activate or refresh Office 365 licenses, this prevented them from signing in or accessing Office 365 applications.
Users may have received multiple prompts; however, the activation process may have failed when they attempted to sign in.
Final status: After a brief period of monitoring, we confirmed that our service is healthy and users are no longer impacted by this event.
Scope of impact: Some users attempting to activate new or refresh existing Office 365 licenses may have been impacted.
