End time: Wednesday, April 9, 2025, at 3:30 PM UTC
Preliminary root cause: An authentication issue within a specific URL path caused HTTP 500 errors resulting in impact.
Next steps:
- We're reassessing our service monitoring of this impact scenario to implement improvements for detecting similar events and reduce the time to identify and address this type of impact.
We'll provide a preliminary Post-Incident Report within two business days and a final Post-Incident Report within five business days.
