Title: Users' policy deliveries may be delayed and new enrollments may not complete fully within Microsoft Intune
User impact: Users' policy deliveries may have been delayed and new enrollments may not have completed fully within Microsoft Intune.
More info: In addition, newly targeted required apps for Windows 32 and Mac devices may have been delayed and users may have seen failures when installing apps in the Intune Company Portal.
Final status: We've confirmed through our telemetry that the restart has completed, and service availability has returned to normal, remediating impact.
Scope of impact: Users serviced by the affected infrastructure in the Asia Pacific region may have been impacted.

Root cause: A configuration issue within a recent deployment to the affected portion of infrastructure, led to impact.
Next steps:
- We're reviewing our deployment testing and validation methods to better identify the potential for configuration issues to occur prior to deployment to improve our testing processes and help prevent similar impact in the future.
