Title: Some users' Microsoft Intune devices are unable to check-in after a specific ADMX policy is configured
User impact: Users' Microsoft Intune devices are unable to check-in after a specific ADMX policy is configured.
More info: Specifically, devices are unable to check-in to Intune when the activationboundarypolicy ADMX (Administrative Template XML) policy is configured, preventing affected devices from receiving policies and configuration.
For further detail on the involved policy, admins can refer to the below documentation: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/client-management/mdm/policy-csp-admx-msched?WT.mc_id=Portal-fx#activationboundarypolicy
Current status: We're continuing our investigation into the properties and configuration involved with the problematic policy to gain further insight into the root cause of the issue. In parallel, we're assessing our options to restore impacted devices to a healthy state.
Scope of impact: Your organization is affected by this event, and some users with devices associated with a configured activationboundarypolicy ADMX policy are impacted.
