User impact: Users may be unable to retrieve e-mail addresses using the SharePoint Online CSOM API.
Current status: We’re working to identify the change that caused user email information to be missing when retrieving data from SharePoint Online.
Scope of impact: Users attempting to retrieve e-mail addresses via the SharePoint Online CSOM API may be impacted.
