Title: Users may not be able to access Microsoft Viva Glint
User impact: Users may have not been able to access Viva Glint.
Final status: We determined that a combination of two simultaneous deployments led to a misconfiguration which resulted in this impact. We halted one of the responsible deployments and confirmed that this resolved the issue by monitoring service health data.
Scope of impact: This event impacted any user attempting to access Viva Glint.
