Title: Some Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) users may be unable to share screen or video during Microsoft Teams meetings
User impact: Users may be unable to share their screen or video during Microsoft Teams meetings when using VDI with Omnissa devices.
More info: When users attempt to share their screen or video during Microsoft Teams meetings when using VDI with Omnissa devices, the participants may only see a blank screen.
Current status: We've identified a recent update contained a change that set an incorrect configuration for a portion of code that helps facilitate the sharing process in this scenario, causing the impact. We're reenabling the correct code configuration and expect that it'll be completed by the time of our next update.
Scope of impact: Some users that are attempting to share their screen or video during Microsoft Teams meetings when using VDI with Omnissa devices may be impacted.
