The browser sent request as mentioned was under a tab which started from a new tab page and later navigated to an address on qq.com , and the tab was on Desktop view mode where the browser itself is a mobile Chromium browser.

Another QQ account with username 3783060182 of the same kind, was provided by Tencent to an Internet user using the same browser in response of another one or a serial of requests sent by that browser under a browser tab navigated from a website of qq.com . The mentioned account was associated with the same Chinese phone number as owner's number on-file, and was set up the same password, by Tencent's server in response of requests sent by that tab. The tab was on a same browser with same DNS configuration.

The Internet connection used by the browser is not tied to Li Ao's identity. Internet connection used to send request which lead to QQ account assigned to the requesting user is believed to have IP address 223.109.201.107 and such Internet connection will most likely be identified by Tencent's systems as regular Internet connection of cellular network, residential Internet or office Internet served in China. The AS number for the IP address is for China Mobile Communications Corporation.

Enhanced precautionary measures need to be conducted to ensure anonymity of service access with mentioned QQ accounts. For example, never allow Tencent know the real phone number subscriber information before such information changed into a fake or frabicated identity.
