Title: Users in the Japan region may be unable to access Microsoft 365 services
User impact: Users in the Japan region may have been unable to access Microsoft 365 services.
Final status: We investigated the issue and determined that our service is operating without issue, and that external factors, such as local service provider interruption, may have contributed to impact. We monitored the service for an extended period of time to ensure that Microsoft 365 service health returned to expected thresholds. This communication will expire within 24 hours.
