User impact: Users may be unable to access SharePoint Online sites and may notice delays or navigation errors.
Current status: We've determined that SharePoint Online may not be processing service traffic as efficiently as expected. We're reducing the amount of traffic that can flow through the impacted environment as a potential method of remediating impact. This should complete by our next scheduled update.
Scope of impact: Any user attempting to access SharePoint Online sites may be impacted.
