User impact: Users may have experienced issues with multiple Microsoft 365 services.
More info: The impact to services and functionality included, but may not have been limited to:
Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft Fabric - Degraded performance and service unavailability
Windows 365 - Some users may have been unable to connect to their Windows 365 Cloud PCs
Microsoft Teams - Notifications pertaining to existing change notification subscriptions, specifically for new messages, message updates and changes in membership, weren't delivering as expected.
Microsoft Defender for Identity - Users may have seen their update data take time to process, which could have resulted in incomplete information appearing on the identity inventory page.
Final status: We've completed our period of monitoring service health and can confirm that the issue is resolved.
Scope of impact: This issue may have impacted any user in the Switzerland region attempting to utilize the impacted services and functionality in the More Info section of this communication.
