Title: Some users may see the Teams chat icon is missing when using the new chat and channels experience in Microsoft Teams
User impact: Users may see the Teams chat icon is missing when using the new chat and channels experience in Microsoft Teams.
More info: Specifically, the Chats and Channels app icon may be missing from the pin bar when using the new chat and channels experience on any Microsoft Teams clients.
To avoid this issue, users can choose to separate Chats from Channels by enabling the "separate" view in Microsoft Teams.
Current status: With further investigation, we suspect impact may not be related to the recent deployment to the service app catalog. We're further reviewing service side logs to help with understanding the underlyning root cause and formulating a remediation plan.
Scope of impact: Some users who are using the new chat and channels experience in Microsoft Teams may be impacted. This information may be updated as our investigation continues.
