To use the wifi file transfer

1. open powershell/terminal
2. enter: adb forward tcp:8080 tcp:8080
3. enter browse url: http://127.0.0.1:8080/

using WIFI transfer for emulators: (make sure there is only 1 emulator)

1. open powershell/terminal
2. enter: adb forward tcp:8080 tcp:8080
3. enter browse url: http://127.0.0.1:8080/
