A B B+ Costume update

Dear A/B/B+ Parents,
This is an update related to formal costumes. The B+ dresses have arrived, and we will distribute them on the porch in front of Bethel Baptist this Monday, 11/18 between 5:30 and 7:30. Please plan to have one parent meet us during that time to collect the dress and sign off to confirm receipt.
Shipping for the A/B dresses and the vests/bow ties is unfortunately delayed. They're scheduled to arrive Tuesday 11/19. If a miracle happens and they arrive sooner, we'll let you know ASAP and you may pick them up on Monday, 11/18 starting at 4:30. Otherwise, please plan to have one parent meet us on Monday, 11/25 to collect your items and sign off to confirm receipt.
We're sorry for the delay on this, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to make sure our choristers all look their best while they sing their best!
