Auditions for It's a Wonderful Life at South City Theatre

South City Theatre announce auditions SEPTEMBER 15 at 2pm for the
Christmas Production of It's a Wonderful Life, directed by Jay Smith.
This is a stage adaptation of the 1946 film produced and directed by
Frank Capra. Performance dates are Nov 30 - Dec 16, 2007. All roles
are open. The cast includes 12 men, 10 women, 2 boys and 2 girls.
Please prepare a short (1 minute) monologue. There will also be
readings from the script.

The story takes place in the fictional town of Bedford Falls shortly
after WWII. George Bailey, a man whose attempted suicide on
Christmas Eve gains the attention of a guardian angel, Clarence Odbody
who is sent to help him in his hour of need. Through play we see all
the people whose lives have been touched by George and the difference
he has made to the community in which he lives. For more information
