Auditions for MUSE OF FIRE's Fall Showcase Benefit: MUSE OF FIRE: Shakespeare at Sloss announces auditions for its 2007 Fall Showcase Benefit performance. Once again, we'll stage 8 scenes – tragedy, comedy, and history – throughout the footpath of Sloss Furnaces, ushering small groups of audience from location to location. Auditions will be held on Monday, August 27 from 6PM – 8PM and Tuesday, August 28 from 6PM to 8PM at WorkPlay, 500 23^rd Street South , Birmingham. Actors may audition solo or in pairs. Please prepare your favorite short Shakespearean monologue/scene – no audition material will be provided. Since it's a fundraiser, the MUSE Fall Showcase doesn't feature actor stipends.
