Remember guys, that we were asked to submit three completely filled
application forms at the time of applying
for our Visa. I guess all three of us (at least Kumar and I did) had
applied with the VFS and not with the Embassy.
The VFS is supposed to keep one form with itself and send it to the
Embassy for record-keeping purposes.
However, I think that there is some serious synchronization issues
between the two (VFS and the Embassy).
Take for instance, when I called VFS they had no clue about my Visa
and asked me to wait for another 2 weeks
while I got a mail from the Embassy (as a reply to my query) that my
Visa has been approved.
So I guess, Ashish Kumar is right. The form is just a formality and
nothing more than that.
