It has been a long time since I have posted here, but I wanted to let everyone know how things were going.

Fan-Fics-R-Us.com  is dead.  I let it die… and it is not coming back.  I have sunk too much money into it over the years and it was never what I wanted it to be and could never get it to where I wanted it to go.  I had asked for donations to help the site, to keep it afloat, or for ideas, but alas, nothing ever came of it so it has gone the way of the dodo.  Kept just the same… as a fossil.  Locked up in a compressed backup file on my hard drive.

Also, the Ranma and Nabiki Relationship Archive, I had wanted to keep this going, but with my own site having problems this one was doomed as well.  I still have the site backed up for anyone that can take it and post it for all the web to enjoy again.  Or for all the Ranma and Nabiki lovers to enjoy again.

As to my stories… all this thinking and worrying about my site and its future has pretty much zapped my muses and its going to take some time before I am ready to write some more.  But I am still collecting thoughts, notes and ideas so I have not put my writing to an end… just on a hiatus.

I am sorry that I have not posted in a long time, but with what happened to my site I was a bit bitter for a while and am getting over it.  It happens and I should just let it go.

For those that want to keep in touch you can find me on facebook, just search for my email address below.

I sorry to hear your site is gone. There aren't many fan fiction
sites left nowadays besides FF.net and Mediaminer. Hopefully one day
the Ranma and Nabiki site can be restored one day. You might want to
consider putting the Ranma and Nabiki site on DVD-R and send them out
to people who might want them.

As for my fics, I've been dealing with my own creativity issues. I'm
close to releasing a new chapter of "Beneath A Crimson Sky" and I
think I have some new ideas for my other fan fics but I need to muster
the motivation to work on them. I've been pretty down in the dumps
that there so little activity here too.

Are you keeping the Fan Fics R Us Yahoo Group?

I too am sorry to see the site will not be coming back, but I'm not
overly surprised.

Interesting timing on the announcement, since today Geocities dies as
well.

As for the Nabiki and Ranma archive, it was not that big, only some
3.64mb compressed as a RAR. Most of it was links and html pages, only
some of it was hosted stories. I should know, I'm pretty sure I gave
him my own archive copy to host.
