This buyer/investor is looking for businesses in all stages of development, from start-up to multi-million dollar operations.  Investments can range from $1 million to hundreds of millions and can take the form of a joint venture, minority interest, 100% acquisition, or something in-between.

 

Areas of interest in the waste-to-energy space include companies with technologies for waste incineration, conversion of methane (landfill) gas to power, conversion of organic waste to power, or conversion of waste to liquid fuel or chemicals.  Examples of companies in the recycle/reuse sector include recycling and related services, the manufacturing of products from recycled materials, and separation technologies.

 

This could be an opportunity for business owners in this space to not only source capital, but also to partner with a well-known corporation in the waste and recycling industry.
